It includes parties, associated entities, significant third parties/campaigners, third parties, donors, members and senators. Election and referendum returns are separate collections and are not included.
Donor and recipient reports are separate views of disclosures and must not be added together. Receipts, donations, debts, payments, expenditure and public funding are different measures. A receipt need not be a donation, and a payment need not be electoral expenditure. These are nominal Australian dollars, not adjusted for inflation.
The 2024–25 annual release was published on 2 February 2026 . Individual amendment publication dates are not supplied in these bulk lists. Annual reporting has delays and disclosure thresholds. The reported threshold appears on each return; it is not a filter removing smaller voluntarily disclosed entries. Missing records do not prove there was no financial relationship, and a disclosure does not prove influence or wrongdoing.
Current register lists include reported amendments where supplied. They are a dated snapshot, not a complete amendment history.
