This snapshot covers all 27 annual financial years in the AEC bulk export, 1998–99 to 2024–25, retrieved 8 September 2026. Election and referendum returns are separate collections and are not included.

A receipt need not be a donation, and a payment need not be electoral expenditure. These are nominal Australian dollars, not adjusted for inflation.

The 2024–25 annual release was published on 2 February 2026. Individual amendment publication dates are not supplied in these bulk lists. Annual reporting has delays and disclosure thresholds. The reported threshold appears on each return; it is not a filter removing smaller voluntarily disclosed entries. Missing records do not prove there was no financial relationship, and a disclosure does not prove influence or wrongdoing.

Current register lists include reported amendments where supplied. They are a dated snapshot, not a complete amendment history.
