The reported threshold appears on each return; it is not a filter removing smaller voluntarily disclosed entries. Missing records do not prove there was no financial relationship, and a disclosure does not prove influence or wrongdoing.

Current register lists include reported amendments where supplied. They are a dated snapshot, not a complete amendment history. Potentially overlapping historical donor returns remain separate and their combined totals are withheld. Names follow official AEC entity IDs; similarly named entities are not merged.
